Two players attempting to best the other in a classic "Big Brother" game. Small space, controlled competition, expanding skillset.
Knowledgeable Assistance
Coach Josh "JMO" Morgan instructs players about the direction of force as well as the elevation in which they drive. the angles of athletes lower limbs as well as the ridgid upper body combine in proper form.
Perfecting technique
Through multiple repetitions, players get comfortable with standard movements and skillful preparation. the more confident athletes are preforming key activites in a controlled setting, the better equipped they will be in future programs.
